Smart water valves work with most homes, including copper, PEX, and PVC plumbing. During scheduling, we ask a few quick questions to confirm compatibility ahead of time.
Do I need WiFi for the system to work?
Yes — WiFi is required for app notifications, leak alerts, usage tracking, and remote shutoff. The valve will still shut off automatically if it detects major leaks, even if WiFi is down.
What happens if I’m not home during a leak?
